Why Lisarow Properties Need a Regular Mowing Program
Lisarow’s fertile ground grows grass fast through spring and summer. However, slopes and hills on the suburb’s fringe blocks make staying on top of that growth genuinely harder than flat, open acreage. Bushland-edge properties add another layer. Established trees and natural vegetation shed leaf litter and create shaded sections that grow unevenly compared to open lawn.
A property here that falls behind a schedule doesn’t just look overgrown. On sloped sections, it also becomes genuinely harder to mow safely. As a result, consistency is what keeps a sloped, bushland-edge block manageable. Without it, the terrain becomes a job that gets away from you quickly.

Programs run fortnightly from September through to the end of May. Peak summer gets weekly visits where growth demands it, and June through August runs four-weekly. Moreover, every new property gets a site walk before the program starts. That means the schedule reflects the terrain from day one, not a generic starting point.
